In this role, you will create a strong tandem with your Senior People & Business Partner. You will work under her leadership, closely cooperate, share information, all in the effort to provide excellent service to the internal client. Your days will be varied, sometimes unexpected, sometimes scheduled for the whole day. But we do believe we have fun, do a lot of exciting things that are hard to find anywhere else! What will be your main responsibilities?

• First point of contact for mid and low management
• Point of contact for employees to advice and support them in their needs and queries
• Execute operational activities for the department (data management, analysis, reporting prep etc.)
• Closely cooperate with the Senior People & Business Partner on preparation and execution of departmental people strategies
• Provide consultancy to mid and low management on a daily level in any people related matters

You have minimum 2-3 years experience in HRBP or senior HR specialist role. Simply you already know a lot about the full employee life cycle.

You have ideally worked in a bigger company, more complex environment.

You are curious, flexible, fast and have drive.

You are able to understand the business drivers and dynamics and balance them with people´s needs.

You are a team player, willing to do more than expected when needed, without being asked.

Solid knowledge of local labor legislation is must have without question.

Your English is fluent, as well as Czech/Slovak.

You keep commitments, are able to admit your mistakes and learn from them.
